Tuscany Bay Publishing began as an online magazine publisher in Half Moon Bay, California in 2007. In 2013, it transitioned to publishing non-fiction books and novels. In June of 2017, Black Dog Publishing and Tuscany Bay Publishing merged and became Tuscany Bay Books in Simi Valley, California. Tuscany Bay Books is now located in Steele, North Dakota.
We currently publish fiction (sci-fi/fantasy, mysteries, thrillers, horror, and westerns) along with non-fiction.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our founding partner, James Christina, on Sunday, June 19, 2022.
Jim had been battling respiratory issues related to his time in service during the Vietnam War in the 1970s and finally succumbed to those injuries.
He was a great writer, a savvy businessman, a musician, and, more importantly, an incredible friend.
We extend our condolences to his wife, Gerry, his family, and all of his friends who have been hit with this terrible news. There will not be a single day that passes without us missing you terribly, Jim.

Space Opera is not only alive and kicking in John C. Wright's "Starquest Book One: Space Pirates of Andromeda", but this might be one of the best examples the genre has to offer. If you love space opera, if you feel that Star Wars is no longer Star Wars, if you just love a ridiculously good story, do yourself a favor, buy this book, read it, revel in it. You'll be glad you did.
